QBE has acquired MBP Holdings, holding company of UK underwriting agency Minibus Plus, subject to regulatory approval.
Minibus Plus produces around Australian $100m of gross premium income from specialist commercial motor for underwriters through 4000 brokers throughout the UK. The business produced by Minibus Plus isOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
