XL chairman to stand down
Brian O'Hara, chairman of XL Capital and the Bermudian (re)insurer's former president and chief executive, has said that he is to retire from the board of the company.
O'Hara, long-serving board member John Thornton, Robert Parker and Alan Senter have all said that they are not going to stand for re-election.
It is not known who XL's new chairman will be.
