Smart and Cook appoint new chair
Smart and Cook has announced the appointment of David Owen as its new non-executive chairman, following the recent death of company founder Geoff Cook.
Mr Owen has been a non-executive director of Smart and Cook Group since 1998, having previously been CEO of Oughtred & Harrison Insurance Group and a UK board director of Clarkson and Willis.Paul
