threesixty take stake in IFA consolidator Bright
threesixty, a fee-based IFA support services provider has confirmed that it has taken a minority stake for an undisclosed sum in IFA consolidator, Bright Financial Services, which specialises in the acquisition of small to medium sized IFAs.
David Brattesani, partner at threesixty, said "We've worked closely with Bright since their launch and it is exciting to reach the point where we can become even more actively involved in the future
