Mississippi will not do a Florida, says governor
A proposal by the attorney general of Mississippi to force insurers to continue writing property cover has been snubbed by the state governor.
Attorney General Jim Hood wrote to the governor urging him to apply “emergency powers” to make companies that write motor insurance to also offer property insurance.
