Chaucer agrees five-year claims deal
Lloyd’s motor insurer Chaucer Insurance has signed a five-year licence agreement for the Claims Outcome AdvisorTM product from Insurance Services Office.
Nick Burnap, Chaucer claims director, said: "COA has already made a real difference to the way our company operates. In a year it has enabled us to achieve a significant 16% decrease in our yearOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
