Career development: Higos expands graduate scheme
High-street broker Higos is to grow its graduate training scheme following the success it has seen since launching in June this year.
The programme offered five individuals the opportunity to develop insurance qualifications, with Higos' first trainees already attaining their Chartered Insurance Institute certificates.
