An uncertain economic climate is making the quantification of business interruption claims even more problematic. Tony Levitt explains.

The Office of National Statistics recently released lacklustre gross domestic product growth figures for the three months to 
June 2011. The growth rate was reported at 0.2%, which is down from 0.5%
