Admiral completes RSA home and pet deal

Admiral has announced the successful closure of the acquisition that brings in RSA’s home and pet books in a deal worth an initial £82.5m.

Admiral will pay an extra £32.5m dependent on the number of policies successfully migrated over. 

As initially expected, Admiral has also confirmed that policies will start renewing in Q3, with RSA
