Jersey duo jailed for £3.3m insurance fraud
A Jersey court has imprisoned two men for conspiring to defraud one of the bailiwick’s oldest insurers out of £3.3m over a 13-year period.
Roy Anthony Jeanne, aged 73, formerly the general manager of Jersey Mutual, was sentenced to nine years in prison.
His accomplice, Michael John Timms, aged 74, who helped Jeanne defraud the insurer by
