The government should require e-scooter riders to buy insurance, according to a panel of experts speaking as part of Post’s Motor Insurance World Live on Wednesday.
The consensus emerged through a discussion over what degree of restrictions ought to be imposed around the use of e-scooters in the UK, though questions over things beside insurance remained more open
