Defra lost hundreds of flood insurance letters, says Hull MP
Diana Johnson, MP for Hull North, said the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has lost 300 letters from Hull residents which raised concerns over the future of insurance cover in risk flood areas.
Johnson, pictured, hand-delivered the letters, on 23 October, to the Secretary of State's office. However, Owen Paterson's office told her on Wednesday that they couldn't find those letters.
