Select committee under fire over referral disclosure plans
Motor insurers have hit back at government proposals forcing the industry to disclose details of their referral fee arrangements.
Under plans set out in the Transport Select Committee's report — The Cost of Motor Insurance — insurers are urged to publish a list of firms with which they have referral relationships and the amount
