Wainwright named as new CEO of HSBC's insurance arm
HSBC Bank has appointed Simon Wainwright as its new chief executive officer of insurance for the UK.
He was previously HSBC's chief executive officer for Ireland, a post he held from January 2008.
In his former role, he had responsibility for all HSBC businesses in Ireland, managing over 530 people
