Aviva hands HR reins to outsourcer Hyphen
Aviva is outsourcing part of its HR function in a move that will hand responsibility for the management of recruitment administration activities to specialist process outsourcer Hyphen.
The firm will manage the insurer's recruitment covering all of its permanent hiring in the UK except senior and board level hires.
