DLG to axe 550 jobs by end of 2025

Direct Line Group has this morning confirmed that a consultation process has begun, with the aim of cutting about 550 roles by the end of 2025.

In a company update for Q3 2024, the insurer revealed that a “series of initiatives aimed at simplifying the organisation” had begun, predicted to bring about £50m of gross cost savings next year.
