Ombudsman expects uptick in insurance complaints
The Financial Ombudsman Service expects the number of general insurance complaints it receives to go back to pre-pandemic levels in the year ahead.
In the ombudsman’s plan and budget for 2023 to 2024, the organisation states it expects the amount of building and general insurance complaints to increase from 37,950 in the last 12 months to go
