Tokio Marine HCC International has hired Des Burke as chief information officer reporting to Thibaud Hervy, chief underwriting officer, specialty lines division.
Burke, pictured, has joined from Lloyd’s where he was interim global CIO and head of change from July 2019 to June 2020 before becoming interim chief technology officer last year. He brings over 30
