PE firms circle AA for takeover talks
Motoring group The AA has confirmed holding takeover talks with three private equity parties as it discusses “a wide range of potential refinancing options”.
Platinum Equity Advisors and Warburg Pincus International have both made approaches about possible cash offers to buy the whole business while Centerbridge Partners Europe and TowerBrook Capital
