Scor postpones under fire AGM due to coronavirus
Scor has postponed its annual shareholders’ meeting, scheduled for 17 April, until 30 June due to difficulties posed by the coronavirus pandemic.
The decision to postpone the shareholders’ meeting was made at a meeting of the reinsurer’s board on Friday.
The planned timing of the meeting came under fire from activist investor fund and Scor
