Horizon Insurance declared in default
Gibraltar-based Horizon Insurance has been declared in default by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
An administrator, Freddie White of Grant Thornton, has been appointed to oversee the failed motor insurer’s affairs.
The firm has no live insurance policies, according to the FSCS. The scheme is not
