Watchstone faces £600m legal challenge from S&G
Watchstone is being forced to fight off a £600m civil case from law firm Slater and Gordon, over allegations of fraud.
The allegations stem from the sale of Watchstone’s professional services unit to S&G in 2015 for £640m.
It will be the last challenge for Watchstone – formerly Quindell – prior to the planned sale of
