RSA issues ultimatum to staff over redundancy terms
Union bosses are urging action against RSA after the insurer issued an ultimatum to staff over proposed changes to redundancy terms.
RSA has been consulting since May with Unite the Union and employees over plans to reduce redundancy terms and cut the defined benefit pension scheme.
Staff on older contracts are entitled to four
