Chancellor promises review of CMCs in summer Budget
The Government has pledged a review into the regulation of claims management companies in the Summer Budget.
This review will include a cap on fees that CMCs are allowed to charge.
Ben Fletcher, director of the insurance at the Insurance Fraud Bureau, welcomed the move.
