Liberty Specialty Markets has announced Alan Telford will succeed Sean Rocks as chief underwriting officer of its commercial division.
Telford, currently LSM's chief underwriting officer, financial lines, will take the role after Rocks, pictured, announced his desire to stand down from LSM on 31 October 2014. Sean Alan will assume
