Biba moots several changes to Insurance Bill
The British Insurance Brokers' Association has recommended a number of amendments in its written evidence to the Insurance Bill including around the disclosure of confidential information.
The House of Lords held its first evidence session for the Bill on 28 November. Biba is expected to give oral evidence at a session held on 9 December.
One of Biba's suggestions related to the wording
