China Life in talks to buy Canary Wharf property
China's largest life insurer China Life is in talks to buy a Canary Wharf property which law firm Clifford Chance uses as its headquarters.
According to Sky News, China Life is in talks to buy 10 Upper Bank Street from the Canary Wharf Group for around £780m.
Tenants include Clifford Chance, MasterCard and Total.
