Gallagher acquires Oval for £199m
Gallagher has completed a deal to acquire Oval for £199m, with Peter Blanc serving as Gallagher’s new chief executive of UK retail.
The newly combined UK retail operation will have more than 80 offices and 4000 employees, with 24 locations and just over 1000 staff coming from Oval.
Including Giles, which was acquired for £233m
