Axa Germany parts company with two board members
The German arm of global insurer Axa has confirmed that board members Ulrich Niessen and Markus Hoffman will leave the company at the end of the month.
"Markus and Ulrich leave the company in the course of the introduction of the new governance structure," said a spokesman for the firm, adding that "they have decided to leave Axa in mutual agreement"
