Allianz agrees deal for Turkish insurer Yapi Kredi Sigorta
Allianz has reached an agreement to acquire a 93.9% stake in Turkish property and casualty insurer Yapı Kredi Sigorta for €684m.
Japanese insurer Dai-ichi Life and Zurich were both rumoured to have made bids for the business.
The deal also includes Yapı Kredi Emeklilik, its subsidiary specialising in life and pensions business.
