Generali agrees to sell US life business to Scor

Italian insurer Generali has continued its policy of disposing of non-core assets with the sale of its US life reinsurance business to French reinsurer Scor.

The deal includes the sale of 100% of Generali US Holdings and its subsidiaries as well as the recapture of the business currently retroceded to Assicurazioni Generali.
