Mass: Britain’s ‘have a go’ culture must end
The Motor Accident Solicitors Society has called for an end to the ‘have a go’ culture endemic across Britain, which has contributed to an increase in fraudulent motor accident claims.
The representative body believes all institutions must join forces to educate society about the true cost of so-called ‘soft crimes' like making a spurious or exaggerated claim.
