Digital Insurance Strategies: Digital strategies are a must, not an option

Insurer boards should consider “what they are going to do” in terms of developing their digital strategies, rather than “whether they should do it”.

According to Paul Wishman, ecommerce director at LV, the person in charge of driving forward a firm’s online plan should be “pushing an open door” when it comes to bringing the issues to the boardroom
