Parabis Group obtains ABS licence
Parabis Group has become the first private equity-backed firm to be granted an alternative business structure licence by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Private equity house Duke Street, agreed to take a significant stake in the business in February, with the aim of funding a programme of continuous growth and development.
