Airmic 2012: Risk managers urged to 'push' insurers on reservation of rights
Risk managers need to be more proactive with insurance partners over reservation of rights issues, law firm Herbert Smith has said.
Speaking at the 2012 Airmic conference, Paul Lewis, dispute resolution partner at the firm, told risk managers to push insurers to make sure such issues are handled more quickly.
Lewis said:
