Penny Black's Insurance Week

Penny gets access all arias at the Royal Albert Hall

It was very much a case of mixing high society operatic appreciation with being down with the kids last week as Penny took to the Royal Albert Hall amid a swarm of excitable youngsters pepped up on fizzy drinks and pop music.

Alighting at South Kensington station in all her finery Penny began the short walk down to the historic venue where The Teenage Cancer Trust, and the magnificent Florence and the Machine, awaited.

However, moments after setting out on her leisurely stroll the heavens opened and, rather than wowing the hordes of glamorous concert goers, Penny dripped in to meet the decidedly drier Pam Quinn in the Groupama box looking like a drowned rat.

Penny's long weekend of chocolate-munching indulgence, or the Easter break as some people refer to it, got off to a great start last week when Rostrum Communication hand delivered some tasty cupcakes to the Post magazine headquarters.

Penny was very impressed not only by the taste, but by the Twitter-inspired #journosongs theme to the sugary treats. A serious diet will be in order if this treatment continues.
