Co-op Insurance delivers £45m operating profit
Speaking to Post after the release of its results for the year end 2011, and following the announcement that Co-operative Legal Services has been granted Alternative Business Structure status, director of general insurance at Co-operative, David Neave, said that it had delivered a "good set of results" all round.
Highlights in the 2011 results included: statutory profits of £32.3m in 2011 compared with £18.4m in 2010; operating profit before significant items and member distribution of £45m (£31.7m in 2010)
