Draft bill published on financial regulation reforms
The government has published a White Paper and draft bill detailing its proposed reforms to the financial regulatory regime within the UK.
The White Paper has been extensively informed by the responses to the government’s last round of consultation in February, and contains new policy proposals, developed in light of stakeholder feedback
