UKGI creates MD post in reshuffle
UK General Insurance Group has appointed Michael Warren to the newly-created role of managing director following a firm-wide restructure.
Mr Warren, who was chief operating officer, becomes MD with immediate effect.
UK General Insurance has been split into the specialist insurance business headed by Mr Warren, and Rural Insurance Group
