Implementation of Lord Young of Graffham's report will be "carried forward regardless", following his resignation as an adviser to the coalition government over his recession comments.
Lord Young played down the UK recession, suggesting Britons had "never had it so good", resulting in a media backlash which came to a head on 19 November prompting him to step down from his unpaid
