Claims Event news: Premium increases not claims farming solution
Claims farming is a demonstration of "greed" and pricing is not the solution for insurers looking to tackle it.
That is the view of Martin Milliner, head of operational claims at LV, who told delegates that insurers needed to pull their heads out of the sand and seek answers outside their comfort zone to combat
