Lloyds Banking Group announces insurance job cuts
The part nationalised bank is set to cut 650 jobs, with the majority of redunancies set be made at its insurance office in Nottingham.
The banking group has previously announced a number of other cuts, including signalling its intent to make 240 redundancies in its general insurance division before the end of 2010.
