SRA clarifies its position on Quinn
The Solicitors Regulation Authority has advised UK-based solicitors with professional indemnity cover underwritten by Quinn Insurance against immediately seeking replacement insurance following the Irish High Court’s decision to appoint full-time administrators to the company.
On 15 March the Irish High Court appointed full-time administrators to Quinn Insurance, after placing the firm in provisional administration on 30 March.
