Lords block insurer's Flora v Wakom appeal
The House of Lords Appeals Committee has refused Allianz Cornhill leave to appeal in the Flora V Wakom action.
The Court of Appeal had previously refused Allianz Cornhill's application to strike out that part of Mr Flora's claim which sought to link any periodic payments order to an index other than retail
