Argentinian insurers' funds abroad: gone for good
Argentine insurers have up to $900m deposited abroad but are reluctant to bring it back unless they are offered certainty and legal security. In fact, they may even increase their investments in other countries because Insurance Department regulations allow it. Gabriela Barbeito reports
