Allianz on top again in latest Brokerbility satisfaction survey

After topping the survey in 2022, Allianz has once again come out on top of Brokerbility’s latest satisfaction survey of key insurer partners.

Allianz also improved on its score from two years ago, up 2.3 percentage points from 74.9% to 77.2%.

Aviva was second, up from third with a score of 73.1%, while RSA came in third with a score of 73.03

Aviva refreshes and relaunches HNW offering

Aviva’s private clients managing director Ann Owen has revealed how the insurer has revamped and relaunched its high-net-worth offering, following its Azur and Axa XL acquisitions.

Insurance complaints take a slight dip

The Financial Conduct Authority’s latest data has shown insurance and pure protection complaints decreased 6% from 764,272 in the first half of 2024 to 718,496 in the second half.
