Arag agrees deal to buy Das UK
The Arag Group is set to buy Das UK, Ergo’s legal protection insurance business.
Since 2006, the Arag Group has run its UK operations via Arag PLC as an MGA, reporting gross written premium of £61m in 2022.
Das UK comprises a legal expenses insurance provider and a law firm
