Aviva completes Probitas acquistion

Aviva has completed its acquisition of Probitas, following the receipt of all necessary approvals.

An announcement this morning (10 July) detailed that Probitas had been bought for consideration of £249m, up from the £242m initially announced.

The deal, which sees Aviva return to the Lloyd’s market
