Duke of Norfolk joins Helios as non-executive director
Edward Fitzalan-Howard, the duke of Norfolk, has joined Helios Underwriting as a non-executive director.
With effect from 1 January 2018, Fitzalan-Howard, aged 61, will join the board of the Lloyd’s underwriter as a non-executive director.
He currently holds 333,333 Ordinary Shares in the company.
