Axis to buy Novae for £468m
Axis Capital has made an offer to buy Lloyd’s insurer Novae for £467.6m.
The Bermuda-based specialty lines reinsurer said itself and Novae were “two complementary businesses”.
The board of Novae has recommended the deal to its shareholders, who will vote on the terms soon
